A: Do not panic! All of your progress up to the point of the disconnection has been saved and you will be entitled to their entire allotted testing time. In order to reconnect to the exam, simply follow the procedure as outlined for your initial exam registration.

Should you experience a lengthy disconnection, greater than 30 minutes, such as may be possible with a sustained power outage, you may wish to email your regulator when they are able to, noting the situation and then try to reconnect again with the proctors.

The proctor will then observe the candidate destroying the paper at the end of the exam.
